While similar to a ground mount installation, solar carports are elevated so as to accommodate a vehicle – two wheelers, four wheelers or even buses and trucks. Aside from generating electricity, a solar carport provides the additional benefit of providing shade for the vehicles parked underneath
CREATIVE SOLAR CARPORT SOLUTIONS
We utilized the parking area of the hotel. Shaded carports are valued amenities for hotel guests. Lemaiyan created a win-win by installing solar panels on the parking lot canopies. Guest vehicles are shielded from the scorching Naivasha sun while the hotel generates power at the same time.
